Exceptional Need

With the generous support of West Berkshire Council’s Community Plus Fund, we are able to support people suffering financial hardship and in exceptional need in the West Berkshire area.

Our Exceptional Need Fund assists residents of local Housing Associations who are in desperate need of essential goods, and cannot afford payment.  The Fund has been a lifeline to residents on low incomes, particularly the elderly, young families and those with disabilities, with the assurance of immediate delivery of essential items. 

If you are in extreme need, we can provide you with items, at no cost to you, through a referral from Social Services. Please ring us to find out how to apply for help.
